New York, Oct 18 (AP) Stocks wobbled in afternoon trading on Wall Street Monday as the market's momentum slows following its best week since July. The S&P 500 rose 0.2per cent as of 2:45 p.m. Eastern with slightly more stocks rising than falling. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 76 points, or 0.2per cent, to 35,217 and the Nasdaq rose 0.7per cent..
