Suresh Wadkar on Padma Shri: Would Be Happier if I Got the Honour on Time

While the veteran singer was thankful to the government, he also expressed his disappointment on being facilitated with the honour so late. Wadkar said the changing times in Bollywood is the cause for not being offered work any more.
